Our Active Older Adult program, known as A.O.A. provides a fun opportunity for members to participate in fitness classes, social events, water exercise, and even trips across North Carolina! AOA BIRTHDAY MONTH LUNCHES:

Celebrate your birthday month! Each month, the Fayetteville branch’s AOA community gets together to celebrate that month’s birthdays at a local restaurant. Check with the front desk to find out where each month’s birthday lunch will be taking place! December’s birthday celebration is a holiday potluck, so bring your favorite dish to share! Every 3rd Thursday of the month!

ACTIVE AGING WEEK:

September 23-27th is Healthy Aging Week. Check out each of our branches’ class, lecture and event offerings this week all with Healthy Aging in mind. More details to come!

CHILI COOK-OFF:

Think you’ve got the best chili in town? We’ll find out! Bring your entry to share and an empty stomach for a chili cook-off! August 29th at the Fayettevile YMCA.

AOA MYRTLE BEACH TRIP:

Head out to sunny Myrtle Beach for a few days of relaxation and fun with Fayetteville’s AOA community. More details to come! November 5-7th, 2019.

KIDS NIGHT OUT

Parents enjoy a night out while we watch the kids! A fun night for the kids that includes music, games, swimming, making new friends, pizza and more! Every THIRD SATURDAY at the Fayetteville Branch!


PREP Preschool Care at the HOPE MILLS Y BRANCH

8:30am- 12:00pm Monday ~ Friday, 2 1/2 - 5 years of age who are potty-trained. MEMBER cost: $39/week, Non-Member cost: $49/week. Registration Fee $35 per Non-Member. Program features ABeka, Montessori, sports-play, healthy snack, social skills, Bible Verses, monthly field trips and more.
