Mission

The YMCA of the Sandhills is an inclusive charitable Association, founded on Christian principles and dedicated to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities through programs that develop a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The Sandhills YMCA has been serving our community since 1922.

Enjoy unlimited use of Y facilites with state of the art fitness equipment, an indoor pool, affordable membership rates, a variety of free classes, discounts for paid programs, motivation from trained wellness staff and a welcoming atmosphere! The YMCA is committed to providing an inclusive environment that promotes our values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith for all.

Today we offer three YMCA branches in Cumberland County with programs serving residents in Bladen, Harnett, Hoke, and Moore counties.The Y offers services to our entire community regardless of age, background, faith, or income.
