Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. The Y is a place where you can work toward that balance by challenging yourself to learn a new skill or hobby, fostering connections with friends through our lifelong learning programs, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities. At the Y, it’s not about the activity you choose as much as it is about the benefits of living healthier on the inside as well as the outside.

We strive to accommodate members of all ages, abilities and physical fitness levels by offering a wide range of classes designed to help make you and your family strong physically, mentally and spiritually!
Active Together (AOA): Is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health. Increase flexibility and range of motion.
Aqua Fit: With NO swimming experience necessary, have a great Aerobic workout while toning muscles and improving flexibility and coordination.
Aqua Zumba®: Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine.
Barre Fusion/Sculpt: Elongate, sculpt and tone your way to a leaner, stronger body.
Total Body Conditioning: a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Everything from push-ups, lunges, crunches, drills and sprints. This class will challenge you!
Cycle: High energy indoor cycling workout, great for those looking for a lower-impact exercise to get in shape and burn calories!
HIIT: Thirty-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Instructors rotate weekly to give you a variety of HIIT styles that will challenge your entire body. High and low modifications available.
Cardio Strength & Core: A barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!
Functional Training: Performed around the Functional Training this high intensity class will get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less the time. The system includes dips, monkey bars, trampoline toss, plyo-steps and boxing for a functional full body workout
Piloxing®: Pilates + Boxing + Dance. Exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. Switching back and forth rapidly between the three vastly different disciplines, it keeps your body guessing, your mind excited, and your heart pumping. It’s the workout that doesn’t feel like work while you’re doing it, though you’ll definitely feel it the next day. Barefoot training is the preferred method.
What is PILOXING Fitness
Piloxing® Barre: Pilates + Boxing + Burn. This game-changing program still takes place at the barre, but shifts between the slow leg work that improves balance, leans muscles, and strengthens joints, and the intense arm work that that builds strong arms and shoulders, increases power, and gets your heart pumping. Yoga: build a strong body, mind and spirit. This standard yoga class, for all levels, incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility.
