Located at 107 Carletta Cagle Dr., across the street from the main entrance to the Linden Oaks neighborhood in Cameron, NC in Harnett County, NC, Y offers:

  • Precor cardio and strength training equipment, including dumbells up to 100lbs
  • Open gym
  • YMCA 360 access (with scheduled livestream classes at the Y and access to on-demand classes from home)

Your Y memberships include access to our Saleeby Family YMCA, the Fayetteville YMCA and YMCA360—our virtual Y option—as well as access to other Ys in North Carolina and around the United States through Nationwide Membership. 
 

GROUP FITNESS CLASS RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are required via YMCA 360 for:

  • Active Together classes
  • Aqua classes
  • Cycle classes

For all other classes, registration is not required; first-come, first-served as space is available.

BECOME A CERTIFIED LIFEGUARD THIS OCTOBER 

Registration is open for the YMCA of the Sandhills' American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Course, October 23-25 at the Fayetteville YMCA. Whether you're looking for your first job, a retiree ready to try something new, a stay-at-home parent wanting a flexible way back into the workforce, or just want top-tier water safety training, this course prepares you for water emergencies.

Learn essential skills including water rescues, CPR, AED use and first aid, earning a nationally recognized certification valid for two years upon completion. Register by October 18 to secure your spot! Learn more about Lifeguard Certification!

September is Suicide Prevention Month, and we want to remind our Y family: your mental health is just as important as your physical health. They're connected — and taking care of one supports the other.Regular movement, whether it's a walk, a swim, or a group fitness class, has been shown to help ease symptoms of anxiety and depression. It's not a cure-all, but it's one powerful tool alongside professional support.
